Thank you for choosing NeithHealth ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the NeithHealth mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
NeithHealth is a health-and-wellness app that uses your device's camera and sensors to estimate several metrics, including heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), respiratory rate, skin analysis, eye tracking, skin lesion analysis, and hand tremor detection.
These measurements are provided for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not a medical device, diagnosis, or replacement for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Processed on your device (no cloud storage or transmission):
Data collection & sharing in plain terms: NeithHealth itself does not collect, transmit, or share your health data. If you select the camera measurement features, camera imagery is processed on-device only and is not communicated off your device. We provide no mechanism to transmit or share this data with us or any third party.

Data safety statement (Google Play): In line with our data practices, NeithHealth declares that camera and sensor data are processed locally on your device, are not shared with or transmitted to third parties, and are not retained by us.
To measure the health metrics described above, to display third-party advertisements, and to improve the App's functionality and reliability.
Measurements are stored only on your device and can be cleared by deleting the App's data or uninstalling the App. We do not retain personal information on our servers.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed on your device. Because most processing happens locally, your health data is not transmitted to or stored by us.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age defined in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising and analytics. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Since we do not collect or store your personal information, most of these rights are exercised by clearing data on your device or uninstalling the App.
We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above.
